International and domestic changes have complicated the reconstruction of Iraq since the end of the Iraq War.Shiites,Sunnis and Kurds have been ruthlessly fighting for power.Sunnis,once the dominant political power in Iraq,have been marginalized,and voice the most fervent resentment among these three groups.Only by properly addressing the grievance of the Sunnis can sectarian conflicts be solved and balance of power restored—only then can Iraq be rebuilt.
