我国提高食品可追溯系统运行效率的途径研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,食品安全问题频繁发生,日益引起人们的关注。全球经验证明,食品可追溯系统在控制食品安全问题发生方面可发挥巨大作用,而我国食品可追溯体系有待进一步健全和完善。国内外在可追溯系统运行方面有许多成功案例,对我国食品可追溯系统运行效率提升提供了诸多可借鉴的途径和方法。
