长三角区域经济一体化展现出产业聚集无边界、人才制度对接无缝隙、公共服务全方位的特征。长三角人才引领的发挥,依赖于观念的变革、创新的驱动及经济牵引得以实现。经济行政壁垒、人才资源共享平台、一体化服务体系障碍的破除是发挥人才引领的基本要求。
Economic integration in Yangtze River Delta has shown the characteristics of no boundaries in industry gathering, seamless joints in talents' systems, full ranges in public services. Playing the leading role of talents in Yangtze River Delta depends on changing concepts, innovation to drive and economic traction to be achieved. It is the basic requirement for playing the leading role of talents to get rid of obstacles in economic administrative barriers, human resource sharing platform and integration service system.
