基于大数据分析的企业客户流失研究

摘要 面向通信企业套餐客户行为数据,本文研究了客户流失机制。建立了面向客户流失的数据仓库,提出了影响客户流失的各种特征因素,建立了三个数据挖掘模型,并根据ROC曲线指标优劣来选出最佳模型,接着,根据该模型找出影响客户流失的程度较大的预测因子.本研究为企业流失预警提供决策支持.
