劳资关系氛围对组织绩效的影响分析——基于人力资源管理学派的视角

摘要 员工对一个组织关于劳资关系方面的管理政策与措施的共同知觉形成了劳资关系氛围。积极或消极的情感反应,即情感承诺和工作满意是由员工对组织劳资关系氛围的评估产生的。行为意向由员工的情感反应产生。组织所有员工的行为构成组织绩效。劳资关系氛围通过情感承诺和工作满意对组织绩效产生间接影响。该发现可以为企业或政府决策者改善劳资关系氛围和组织绩效提供理论依据。
