燃料"三大项目"建设是为加强燃料管理科学化、信息化的重要基础工作。实施燃料验收监管系统、数字化煤场及数字化标准化验室(以下简称"三大项目")是通过科技手段促进燃料管理全过程和各环节的标准化、科学化、规范化和信息化。

The construction of the 'Three Fuel Projects' which consist of the fuel acceptance supervision system, digital coal field and digital standardization laboratory is the significant foundation work to strengthen the management of fuel in scientificity and in formatization. The Three Projects promote the standardization, scientification, normalization and informatization in the whole process and each stage of fuel management through scientific and technological means.
