企业薪酬管理公平性对员工工作绩效的影响

摘要 企业的良好运行不仅需要领导的正确决策和企业的先进管理,更需要公司上下员工的齐心协力,而这除了通过在思想意识方面提升凝聚力来形成外,在薪资方面给予对等的报酬也必不可少。一方面,这可以促进企业工作积极性的良性循环,另一方面,也展现了企业综合实力的提高。而在薪酬的发放过程中,做到公平公正就显得尤为重要,因为这将直接决定员工的工作绩效,进而影响企业发展进程的快慢。因此,本文将针对公平性所实施的原则以及它对员工工作绩效的影响这两个方面来阐述,希望能提高企业对于薪酬管理公平性的重视。
