This paper expounds the basic concepts, connotations and implementation principles of coal economic ecosphere under the condition of low-carbon development, studies the structure level of coal economic ecosphere,and analyses the main elements of coal economic ecosphere so as to explore the mode of coal economic ecosphere under the background of low-carbon economy for the reference of colleagues.
