零售物流配送中心储位分析及优化研究——以Y公司华南物流配送中心为例

Analysis and Optimization Research on Storage Position of the Retail Logistics Distribution Center——Taking South China Logistics Distribution Center of Y Company as an Example

以Y公司华南物流配送中心为研究对象,通过实地调研得知仓库内物品没有合理的分类,摆放混乱,并且也没有相应的分区,导致库内作业效率低下。因此,通过采用EIQ与ABC结合的分析法对货物的储位进行分析,并给出相应的优化策略,以提高仓库货物的流通效率,从而节约成本。

This paper takes the South China logistics distribution center of Y company as the research object. Through field investigation, it is known that there is no reasonable classification and corresponding partition of the goods in the warehouse, resulting in random storage of the goods and low efficiency of operation in the warehouse. Therefore, by using the analysis combined with EIQ and ABC, the storage position of the goods is analyzed and the corresponding opti mization strategies are given to improve the circulation efficiency of the goods in the warehouse, thus saving costs.
