This paper introduces the transformation of hoist relay control circuit with PLC. It analyses the formation of hoist control circuit, and explains in detail the design of transformation. According to the composition of hoist control circuit, determines PLC I/O counts, PLC choice, I/O wiring and operation panel design. According to the operation principle of hoist control circuit, draws the technological process, and carrys on the detailed system program design.
