摘要
以离子液体-水为共溶剂,磷钼酸铯为催化剂,对木质素进行降解制备酚类化合物。考察了共溶剂中水的加入量对木质素转化率及酚类物质选择性的影响;同时,考察了温度、催化剂质量分数及反应时间对木质素转化率和酚类物质选择性的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为180℃、催化剂质量分数为6%、离子液体质量为150 mg、水的用量为20μL、反应时间为100 min时,木质素的转化率及酚类物质收率均达到最大值,分别为87. 78%和20. 08%。GC-MS分析结果表明,降解产物中酚类物质主要包括二甲氧基苯酚、苯酚、4-乙基苯酚、2,6-二甲氧基苯酚。
With cesium molybdophosphate( Cs PM) as catalyst and in the presence of ionic liquid-water co-solvent,lignin is degraded to prepare monophenols. The influences of the dosage of water in co-solvent,reaction temperature,catalyst concentration and reaction time on the conversion of lignin and the selectivity of monophenols are investigated.Both the conversion rate of lignin and the yield of monophenol can reach the maximum value,87. 78% and 20. 08%respectively as reaction temperature is set at 180℃,content of catalyst is 6%,150 mg of ionic liquid and 20 μL of water are used and reaction time is set for 100 min. GC-MS analysis reveals that the degradation products include mains 2-methoxy-phenol,phenol,4-ethyl-phenol,2,6-dimethoxy-phenol.
