摘要
综述了浆态床合成气甲烷化工艺技术发展现状,重点介绍了浆态床甲烷化Ni基催化剂的制备方法、助剂、载体、焙烧条件和镍盐前体等影响因素的研究进展,提出了浆态床甲烷化工艺和催化剂技术面临的机遇和挑战。
The development status of process for the methanation of synthesis gas in a slurry bed is reviewed.Research progress in the preparation method,promoter,supporter,calcination conditions and precursor of Ni based catalyst for methanation in a slurry bed are introduced,and the opportunities and challenges faced by the slurry bed methanation process and catalyst technology are put forward.
