丁烯4种同分异构体检测方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 建立了作业场所空气中丁烯4种同分异构体(反-2-丁烯、1-丁烯、异丁烯、顺-2-丁烯)的测定方法。用采气袋采集样品,经硫酸钠脱活的氧化铝色谱柱分离,以FID检测器检测、保留时间定性、峰面积定量。通过优化色谱条件,对精密度实验、干扰实验以及稳定性实验进行了考察,得到丁烯4种同分异构体的检出线性范围分别为(50. 2~1 004)、(50. 8~1 018)、(50. 4~1 006)、(50. 4~1 006) mg/m3,检出限(3S/N)分别为0. 17、0. 18、0. 19、0. 17 mg/m3,相关系数均大于0. 999 9,相对标准偏差为1. 69%~6. 05%(n=6)。实验结果表明,该方法适用于工作场所空气中丁烯4种同分异构体的测定。 A method is established for detecting four kinds of butylene isomers(trans-2-butylene,1-butylene,isobutylene and cis-2-butylene)in the air of workplace.Samples are collected in air bag,separated by alumina column which has been deactivated by sodium sulfate,and determined by FID detector through qualitative determination upon retention time and quantification by peak area.The conditions for gas chromatography are optimized,and the precision test,interference test and stability test are investigated.The linear ranges of four butylene isomers are 50.2-1 004 mg·m-3,50.8-1 018 mg·m-3,50.4-1 006 mg·m-3 and 50.4-1 006 mg·m-3,respectively.Their detection limits(3 S/N)are 0.17,0.18,0.19,0.17 mg·m-3 respectively.Their correlation coefficients are all over 0.999 9 and the relative standard deviations range from 1.69%to 6.05%(n=6).The experimental results show that this method is suitable for the determination of four butylene isomers in the air of workplace.
