摘要
介绍了氯乙烷生产技术主要涉及的氯化氢来源、催化体系、合成工艺、分离与精制、生产设备和自动控制技术等6个方面。采用乙醇-氯化氢法实现清洁化生产、合成反应釜大型化提高产能、多级精馏设备与固体吸附剂相结合提高氯乙烷品质、应用自动控制技术提高生产效率等是我国氯乙烷的生产技术现状。利用副产物氯化氢气体、应用智能制造技术控制生产过程和研发乙烯-氯化氢法是我国生产氯乙烷技术的发展方向。
Chloroethane production technology mainly involves in the source of hydrogen chloride,catalytic system,synthesis process,separation and refining,production equipment and automatic control etc.China’s current situation of chloroethane production technology is reflected in the aspects of utilizing ethanol-hydrogen chloride method to achieve cleaner production,using bigger reaction kettle to enhance production capacity,combining multistage distillation equipment with solid adsorbents to improve the quality of chloroethane,and promoting automatic control technology to improve production efficiency.Reusing by-product hydrogen chloride gas,using intelligent production technology to control the production process and developing ethylene-chloride hydrogen chloride method shall be the technical development direction for China’s production of chloroethane in the future.
