摘要
综述了近年来使用先进聚合技术将NIPAAm与含疏水型、离子型等基团的多种功能性单体结合,制备出新型热响应分离材料的研究成果。在仅调节环境温度的条件下,这类材料完成了选择性捕获、分离目标样品的过程,重点介绍了它们分离纯化具有生物活性的样品的显著效果,以及避免使用可能导致样品失活的强极性试剂的优势。
This paper summarizes the latest achievements related to utilizing advanced polymerization technologies to combine NIPAAm with various functional monomers including hydrophobic,ionic or other groups to manufacture new types of thermal-responsive separation materials.These materials can complete the controllable processes of selective capturing,separating and releasing target samples under conditions of merely modulating environment temperature.It highlights their remarkable performance in separating and purifying bioactive samples and advantages in abandoning strong polar reagents which may deactivate those samples.
