摘要
电流互感器在断路器实现各项保护、监测和报警功能中起着极为重要的作用。介绍了电流互感器的结构和功能,分析了电流互感器设计计算,可采用理论计算结合仿真计算的方式,确定合适的线圈参数、骨架截面积及铁心材质,并严格管控电流互感器的加工工艺,才可设计出满足断路器产品需求的电流互感器。
The current transformer plays an extremely important role in the protection,monitoring and alarm functions of the circuit breaker.The structure and functions of the current transformer were introduced,and the calculation of current transformer design was analyzed.The proper coil parameter,skeleton cross-sectional area and core material can be determined by combining theoretical calculation with simulation calculation,and the processing technology of current transformer was strictly controlled.It can design the current transformer which meets the needs of the circuit breaker product.
