摘要 在提倡绿色环保和建设节约型单位的要求下,许多高校对校园建筑进行节能改造,这不仅要考虑节能效果、技术可行方案,还要考虑节能改造的经济效益。结合某高校建筑,从节能改造的全生命周期角度,分析了节能改造涉及的决策成本、设计成本、施工成本、运营维护成本、拆除成本等,详细地计算了节能改造的增量成本、增量收益、净现值。 Under the background of advocating green environmental protection and economical campus,the s of college buildings have been carried out.The not only considers the energy conservation effect and technology feasible solution,but also thinks of the economic benefit.By life cycle cost analysis method,the costs of were anayzed,including decision-making cost,design cost,construction cost,operation and maintenance cost,demolition cost.The incremental cost,incremental benefit and net present value were calculated.
