Customer's Comment Data Analysis and Mining Based on E-Commerce Platform

以滚筒洗衣机为研究对象,通过采集京东商城上的文本评论数据,对数据进行数据清洗、中文分词和去除停用词预处理,并利用ROSTCM6构造高频词、行特征词和语义网络,再利用基于情感分析的LDA主题模型对数据进行分析,分别得到正面、负面潜在的三个主题关键词及概率,进一步得到消费者消费后的正面情感与抱怨点,就此对滚筒洗衣机电商销售提出几点建议。

Takes the roller washing machine as the object of study, through the collection of text comment data on Jingdong Mall, data cleaning, Chinese word segmentation and removal of stop word preprocessing, and uses ROSTCM6 to construct high frequency words, line feature words and semantic network, then applies the LDA theme model based on sentiment analysis to analyze the data, and gets the positive and negative potential three keywords and probabilities respectively, and further obtains the positive emotions and complaints after consumer consumption, and then proposes several suggestions for the e-commerce sales of roller washing machine.
