有关编程行为特征的分层与综述

摘要 研究编程行为在预测情感、学生学习结果、欺骗检测、身份识别等方面都有应用,相较于其他的特征,编程行为有很多优点:基于编程行为的研究可采集性高,不需要过多的辅助设备,成本低,隐蔽性高,不会对用户造成干扰,所有用户在不知觉的情况下进行收集,所以具有大规模普及的可能性。对于之前的有关编程行为的研究,总结出6个层次的编程行为,分别为:基于代码快照的编程行为、基于编程事件的编程行为、基于总体统计信息的编程行为、基于日志的编程行为、基于按键的编程行为和基于鼠标的编程行为,这6个层次编程行为涵盖底层、过程、基于过程的结果、结果和上层语义的数据。以自上而下的方式详细介绍这6个层次的编程行为。 Research programming behavior has applications in predicting emotions, student learning outcomes, deception detection, and identity recognition. Compared to other features, programming behavior has many advantages: research based on programming behavior can be highly collected, no need to A large number of auxiliary devices, low cost, high concealment, will not cause interference to users, all users are collected without the user’s awareness, so there is the possibility of mass popularization. For the previous research on programming behavior, summarizes six levels of programming behavior, namely: code-based snapshot programming behavior, programming event-based programming behavior, overall statistical information-based programming behavior, log-based programming behavior, Based on button-based programming behavior and mouse-based programming behavior, these six levels of programming behavior cover the underlying, process, process-based results, results, and upper-level semantic data. Introduces the six levels of programming behavior in a top-down manner.
