摘要
针对旭隆能源大厦对室内温湿度和二氧化碳浓度的要求,结合现代人们对智能、可持续建筑的追求,提出基于西门子S7-300可编程控制器和组态软件的制冷供热系统和新风系统的设计方案,并利用OPC技术将MATLAB与组态王相结合,实现对室内二氧化碳浓度的恒值控制,实现大厦新风空调系统的远程监控。完成新风空调系统的软硬件设计,设计模糊PID控制算法优化控制过程,同时运用计算机完成了MATLAB、STEP7和组态王的联合仿真,通过组态王显示整个监控界面,并运用到西安某大厦的暖通自控项目中。
In response to Xulong Energy Building’s requirements for indoor temperature and humidity and carbon dioxide concentration, combined with modern people’s pursuit of intelligence and sustainable architecture, proposes a cooling and heating system and a fresh air system based on Siemens S7-300 programmable controller and configuration software. The design of the program and the use of OPC technology is combined with MATLAB and Kingview to achieve a constant value of indoor carbon dioxide concentration control, to achieve the building’s air fresh air conditioning system remote monitoring. Mainly completes the software and hardware design of the air fresh air conditioning system, and designs a fuzzy PID control algorithm to optimize the control process. At the same time, it uses the computer to complete the joint simulation of matlab, STEP7 and the Kingview, and finally displays the entire monitoring interface through the configuration king interface,applies it to the HVAC project of Xi’an Building.
