促进创客和STEM教育教学相长的校本策略 被引量:1

摘要 面向未来社会培育科技创新人才、复合型人才是创客和STEM教育的自然使命。近年来,从基础教育领域看,创客和STEM(或STEAM、STEM+等)教育是对传统分科教育的有益补充,目前正处于良好的发展开端,然而一些管理问题也纷至沓来。在保障国家传统课程正常实施的前提下,如何进行稳定、高质量的创客教育和STEM教育,充分拓展教师和学生的思维空间以及提升创新能力,成为管理者的研究课题。在管理思想上,从规模发展向内涵发展转变;在育人导向上,面向师生建立良性运转的科技创新教育生态系统,是富有成效的一种尝试和做法。
