新型收腰管散热器散热性能的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 文中利用CFD仿真分析方法,对管片装配式的一种新型收腰管型散热器和以往椭圆管和扁管的汽车散热器分别建立三维数值仿真模拟,通过计算得到散热单元模型的流动细节与换热规律,获得管外空气的温度场、速度场和压力场分布。根据结果分析得到三个管的散热性能:收腰管>扁管>椭圆管。 Using the method of CFD simulation analysis,in this paper,3D numerical simulation is established for a new lining segments assembled waist tube radiator and traditional automotive radiators of oval tube as well as flat tube respectively. Through calculation,the rules of the heat exchange and flow details of the radiating unit model are obtained,the distribution of the temperature field,velocity field and pressure field outside the tube is also worked out. Based on the analysis,the result of the heat dissipation performance of the three types of tubes shows as the following: waist tube > flat tube > oval tube.
