摘要 齿轮制造是关系国计民生的重要行业。随着制造业的转型升级,齿轮制造企业正从规模速度型转变为创新效益型。本文在分析滚齿加工技术与装备应用现状的基础上,结合滚齿加工关键技术及齿轮行业转型升级的要求,展望了滚齿加工技术的主要发展趋势。 Gear manufacturing is an important industry of national economy and people's livelihood. With the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing,gear manufacturing enterprises are transforming from scale- speed type into innovation-efficiency type. The application status of hobbing machining equipment and technology is analyzed in this paper. Then considering the key technology of hobbing machining and the requirements of industry transformation and upgrading,the main development trend of gear hobbing machining technology is prospected.
