摘要
为设计某激振器安装机构,对该机构的传动丝杆组件的强度进行理论分析,基于ANSYS软件,对安装机构的三脚架进行应力分析,得到该安装机构的最大应力位置和最大应力分布,从而优化该机构的设计方案,该机构已成功应用于某激振器安装。该方法可为其它结构设计提供借鉴。
In order to design an installation mechanism for a vibration exciter,we analyzed the strength of the ball screw subassembly of the mechanism. Then ANSYS was used to analyze the stress of the tripod structure of the mechanism,and the design of the installation mechanism was optimized according to the maximum stress spot and stress distribution obtained. The newly designed installation mechanism has been successfully applied to a vibration exciter. This method could provide reference for the design of other mechanisms.
