摘要
针对混凝土泵液压系统的高压大流量特点,在分析系统主要能耗形式和二通插装阀工作原理的基础上,结合二通插装阀结构简单、标准化通用化程度高、通油能力大、液阻小、密封性能好等特点,提出一种基于二通插装阀的混凝土泵液压系统的节能方法。
Considering the high- pressure and large- flow working conditions of the hydraulic system of concrete pumps,we analyzed the main energy consumption form of the system and the working principle of the two- way cartridge valve.Based on the simple structure,high levels of standardization and generalization,great oil flow capacity,little liquid resistance,and good seal performance of the two- way cartridge valve,we put forward an energy saving strategy for the hydraulic system of concrete pumps.
