波导布置方式对矩形微波加热腔电场的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在采用多个小功率磁控管和波导管组合的大功率微波杀青设备的设计中,微波加热装置是微波杀青设备的核心内容,直接影响茶叶杀青的效果。为了获得被加热介质的热均匀性,利用HFSS电磁仿真分析软件,对微波加热腔中波导管在不同布置方式下加热腔内的电场分布进行仿真分析,研究波导管不同布置方式对加热腔内电场均匀性的影响,结果表明相邻波导垂直布置时能获得更好的电场均布,更有利于介质的均匀加热,为大功率微波加热装置的设计提供了一定的理论依据。 In the high- power microwave de- enzyming equipment consisting of multiple small- power magnetrons and waveguides,the microwave heating device is the core,and it influences the de- enzyming effect directly. In order to achieve thermal uniformity of the heated medium,we used the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS to carry out simulation analysis of the distribution of electric field in the microwave heating chamber under different waveguide arranging conditions,and studied the influence of different waveguide arrangements on the uniformity of the electric field in the heating chamber. The results showed that,vertical arrangement of adjacent waveguides could achieve better uniformity of the electric field,thus helped the uniform heating of the medium. This study provided theoretical basis for the design of high- power microwave heating devices.
