基于电力载波和LabVIEW的过程参数测控系统设计

摘要 目前的工业生产测控领域还在广泛采用专用信号电缆铺设的传统测控系统,它存在成本高、维护难等问题,并限制了测控系统传感器所能覆盖的范围。为了解决这些问题,本设计将电力载波通信技术应用到过程参数测控系统中,系统由采用PL3201芯片设计的三块相同载波通信模块、使用Lab VIEW设计的配套上位机软件、采用AT89S52芯片设计的终端采集模块、电力线构成,系统主要采集温湿度、烟雾等数据,经实验室和工业现场测试该系统实时性、可靠性符合一般过程参数测控系统要求。 At present,the traditional measurement and control system with dedicated signal cables is widely used in industrial measurement and control field,but it is expensive,difficult to maintain,and has limited the coverage of the sensors. In order to solve these problems,we adopted the power- line communication technology for the design of the process parameter measurement and control system. The system consisted of three same power- line communication modules with PL3201 chips,host computer software developed with Lab VIEW,terminal collecting module with AT89S52 microcontroller,and power lines. The system mainly collected temperature,humidity,smoke and other data. Through lab and field tests,the system was proved to be able to meet the requirements of instantaneity and reliability for process parameter measurement and control systems.
