摘要
目的通过分析临床弃用ProTaper机用镍钛锉的损伤情况,探讨镍钛锉损伤发生的机制和应对措施,为临床安全使用镍钛根管器械和弃用镍钛锉提供参考和指导制定标准。方法收集科室6个月临床弃用的ProTaper机用镍钛锉1095支,用体视显微镜观察损伤情况,游标卡尺测量断锉的长度,并对结果进行统计学分析处理。结果1095支根管镍钛锉中,有110支发生器械分离,113支发生塑性形变,116支发生切割刃磨耗。结论发现SX、S1锉出现塑性形变及器械分离的比例较高,S2、F1、F2切割刃磨损占比较高。建议降低根管镍钛锉的使用次数;每次使用镍钛锉后注意观察小号锉尖端位置;在预备弯曲根管后,用40倍及以上的体视显微镜观察镍钛锉损伤情况,可以预警器械分离的发生。
Objective To analyze the abrasion characteristic of the clinically discarded Nickel-Titanium files that are specialized for the ProTaper machine and to provide reference and guidance for clinical safe usage of Nickel-Titanium root canal instruments and disposal of Nickel-Titanium files. Methods 1095 clinically discarded ProTaper-specialized Ni-Ti files were collected within six months. The abrasion of the files was observed under a stereomicroscope and the length of the files was measured by a caliper. Results Among the 1095 Ni-Ti files, 110 showed fracture, 113 had plastic deformation and 116 showed cutting edge abrasion. Conclusion It is observed that SX and S1 files have a higher percentage of plastic deformation and instrument fracture;S2, F1 and F2 files have a higher percentage of cutting edge abrasion. It is suggested to reduce the usage frequency in general of the Nickel-Titanium files in root canals, observe the position of the tip of small files after each usage, and observe the damage of Nickel-Titanium files under 40 x stereomicroscope after preparing curved root canals.
