摘要
提出了一种应用于X波段的紧凑型和差比较器,其设计采用矩形同轴线形式。通过对实物的测试结果看出:该和差比较器在1 GHz的工作频带宽度内各端口电压驻波比不大于1.25,幅度不平衡度不大于0.2 dB,相位偏差不大于±3°;同时,其结构紧凑,易于工程实现,具有较强的实用性。
A type of compact Sum-difference comparator which is used in X-band has been designed. Rectangular coaxial line is used by the comparator. The test results about the real object show that the voltage standing wave ratio of each port is less than 1.25, the amplitude unbalance is less than 0.2 dB, and the phase deviation is less than ±3° in the working band of 1 GHz. At the same time, the comparator with compact structure is easy to realize, showing great practicablity.
