摘要
未来10年我国住宅业将继续保持增长趋势,并争取实现建设部提出的2020年小康社会的住房标准。根据我国人多地少的国情,中国的住宅发展必须在解决大量化居住的同时重视我国的可持续性发展,要实现这个目标,必须通过运用先进的工程技术手段,而对住宅建筑的剖面进行研究无疑是个非常具有潜力的途径。
In next10years,China's housing industry will continue the development tendency and strive for realizing the target of35m 2 average living floor area per capita in2010.In view of the country's condition of many people and few land,China's housing development should place emphasis on sustainable development as well as resolution of vast amount of housing.To realize this target,we should use advanced engineering technology,the sectional design research of residential building is undoubtedly the way of potentiality.
