亲情住宅小区的物业管理模式

Study of Property Management Pattern Based on Amicability

结合目前我国城市的居住环境实际情况,分析了实现亲情住宅小区过程中物业管理尚存在的一系列问题。针对这些问题,提出以建设亲情住宅小区为目标的物业管理模式,以及实施模式的若干要素。

Based on the resent urban dwelling condition in China,the author analyses a series of property management problems during building amicable community and presents the property management pattern based on amicability and several main implementation points.
