摘要
建立了母管制系统给水偏移对煤耗量影响的数学模型,并考虑了加热器出口水温与给水量的关系。据此数学模型,提出应该使尽可能多的给水从相对内效率高的机组向相对内效率低的机组偏移,应尽量增加锅炉效率高的锅炉的给水量,以提高全厂经济性的控制给水偏移原则。
A model is established to study how feed- water excursion affects the coal consumption, considering the relations between the temperature and the flux of the feed- water flowing out the heater. According to the model, a principle is raised to control feed- water excursion. This principle is to try best to make more feed- water excurses from the unit whose relative efficiency is high to the unit whose relative efficiency is low, and to raise the flux of feed- water into the boiler whose efficiency is high. Using this principle, the thermo- economics can be raised.
