摘要 本文研究了用溶剂结晶法对工业萘精制的过程,考察了溶剂种类、溶剂/溶质比、降温速率等因素对精萘质量的影响,实验结果表明,以甲醇或乙醇为溶剂,采用1.5的溶剂/溶质比,0.2~0.4℃/min 的降温速率时,二次结晶所得精萘的结晶点大于79.8℃,符合一级精萘的标准。 Purification of distillated naphthalene has been studied by using crystallization from solution in this paper.The effects have been investigated of the variety of solvents,solvent/solute ratio(wt/wt), cooling rate and so on on the quality of pure naphthalene.The results of experiments show that the solidification points of pure naphthalenes from twostep crystallization are higher than 79.8℃,which meet the standards of the first grade pure naphthalene,at a cooling rate 0.2~0.4℃/min,so- lvent/solute ratio 1.5 and with solvents methanol or ethanol.
