摘要
垂直顶升法具有施工工艺简单、对周边环境影响小等优势,常被用于盾构法取排水隧道工程的立管施工中。文章通过对目前已有的盾构隧道内垂直顶升法相关研究成果进行汇总,总结了垂直顶升法施工工艺、施工过程中顶升力及反力的计算方法、管节及管片的结构设计等方面的研究现状,同时,对垂直顶升法的应用情况进行了综述。研究结果表明:(1)垂直顶升过程中顶升力和反力的计算方法与影响因素不够明确;(2)垂直顶升法中立管和水平特殊衬砌环的设计较粗糙;(3)垂直顶升法主要应用于盾构法取排水隧道工程中。此外,还可应用于长隧道的贯通测量工程中。最后,预测了垂直顶升法未来的研究方向和趋势,未来研究中可以考虑将垂直顶升法改进为竖向顶管法并应用到综合管廊竖井、地铁出入口及风井等建设中。
The standpipe lifting(SL)method is characterized by some advantages,such as simpler construction technology and smaller impacts on the surrounding environment,which is usually applied in the construction of standpipes in the intake or drainage tunnel projects constructed by shield method.By providing a summary of the relevant research results of standpipe lifting method used in the shield tunnels,the current research status of the construction technology,the calculation methods of lifting force and counterforce in the construction process,and the structure design of pipe section and the segment of the SL method are summarized.At the same time,the application cases of standpipe lifting method are introduced.The results show that:(1)The calculation methods and influence factors of lifting force and counterforce during standpipe lifting are not clear enough;(2)The design of standpipes and horizontal special lining ring during standpipe lifting is rough;(3)The SL method is mainly applied in the intake or drainage tunnel projects constructed by shield method.In addition,it can also be applied to through survey project in long tunnels.Finally,it proposes the future research fields and tendency,in which the SL may be improved as the vertical pipe jacking method for construction of the shaft of the utility tunnels,the entrance and exit of the subway and ventilation shaft of the subway.
