摘要
文章在已有隧道掘进机设计理论研究的基础上,提出了一种新型的组合刀盘式硬岩隧道掘进机设计思路,即采用强力多层同心圆切刀,把断面岩石旋转切割成厚5 cm的环状岩石薄片,借助安放在切割刀盘后面滚桶支架内的放射状切压刀盘的机械力,把环状岩石片打碎成厚5 cm、长15 cm的碎片,并通过切压刀盘后端滚桶支架内120°斜方卧斗挡板,机械提升碴石,把碴石用机械力倾倒到滚桶外传送带上,再用机械力源源不断地把碴石运出洞外。该设计思路在硬岩隧道掘进机的设计方面具有一定的借鉴意义。
On the basis of the existing design theory of tunnel boring machine,this paper presents a new design idea of a new type of combined cutterhead type hard rock tunnel boring machine.It uses strong multi-layer concentric circular cutters to cut the rock into circular thin slices with thickness of 5 cm,with the aid of the radial cutters in the barrel bracket behind the cutterhead,the slices are broken into debris with thickness of 5 cm and length of 15 cm,and the debris are mechanically dumped to the outer conveyor belt by mechanical force,and continuously transported out of the tunnel by the mechanical force.The design idea has certain reference values in the design of hard rock tunnel boring machine.
