摘要
结合上海诸光路隧道工程,文章对盾构隧道内部双层预制结构体系的现场拼装关键技术进行了分析,主要包括构件的精确定位、接头的处理、专用设备的开发、施工机械的合理选取以及吊装技巧等。通过现场拼装发现立柱预留插筋的准确定位是拼装成功的关键,立柱和车道板的安装关键在于微调,微调需要开发专用设备才能满足精度需求。
Combined with Zhuguang road tunnel project in Shanghai,the key technology of field assembly of double-deck prefabricated structure system in shield tunnels is analyzed,including precise positioning of components,treatment of joints,development of special equipment,reasonable selection of construction machinery and hoisting techniques.It is found that the accurate positioning of the reserved column stiffeners is the key to the success of assembling.The installation and fine-tuning of the columns and lane boards need to develop special equipment to meet the accuracy requirements.
