城市隧道在运营过程中由于环境的复杂性等可变因素较多,运营中存在风险的几率增加。为了有效控制和管理城市隧道在运营中存在的风险,文章基于大数据和互联网技术,通过对城市隧道运营中存在的风险因素及机理进行研究,建立了基于Web的运营风险事故数据库和风险评估信息系统,并对运营过程中出现的各种风险因素进行实时采集,分析其中可能存在的风险,从而对城市隧道运营过程中存在的风险进行实时评估和管理。

Because of many variable factors in the operation of city tunnel such as the complexity of environment etc.,the potential risks in the operation will increase.In order to effectively control and manage these risks in the operation of city tunnel,the web based operation incident risk database and risk assessment system are established based on the big data and the Internet technology,and based on the study of existing risk factors and mechanisms.It collects the various risk factors in the process of city’s tunnel operation at real time and analyses the potential risks in the operation,aiming at timely estimating and managing the potential risks in the process of operation of city tunnel.
