掺建筑垃圾微粉渗透结晶型浓缩剂的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前通过控制并修复混凝土结构早期裂缝的自愈合技术获得了广泛应用,该项技术不仅可以抑制由渗漏导致材料进一步劣化,延伸结构的服役寿命,还能够恢复混凝土结构一部分工作性能。文章所研究的浓缩剂属于一种新型的水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料,主要用于混凝土结构抗渗与裂缝自修复,该材料主要以硅酸盐水泥、建造垃圾再生微粉等活性化学物质为主要原料,文章对不同配比下浓缩剂的力学性能以及抗渗性能进行了研究,并探讨了浓缩剂的自愈合效果。综合试验结果,再生微粉渗透结晶型浓缩剂最佳配比为:水泥55%,石英砂25%,速溶硅酸钠5%,硬脂酸钠1%,再生微粉20%,CaO 8%,水灰比0. 6,灰砂比1/3。 At present,the self-healing technology for controlling and repairing early cracks in concrete structures has been widely used.This technology can not only inhibit the further deterioration of the material caused by leakage,extend the service life of the structure,but also restore part of the performances of the concrete structure.The concentrates studied in this paper belong to a new kind of cement-based capillary crystalline waterproofing material,which are mainly used for the impermeability of concrete structures and self-repairing of cracks.This material is mainly composed of Portland cement and active chemicals such as waste recycling micro-powder.For the raw materials,it studied the mechanical properties and impermeability of the concentrates with different mixture ratios,and discussed the self-healing effects of the concentrates.According to experimental results,the optimum mix proportions of the capillary crystalline type concentrates with recycling micro-powder are:cement 55%,silica sand25%,instant sodium silicate 5%,sodium stearate 1%,recycling micro-powder 20%,CaO 8%,water-cement ratio0.6,and sand-cement ratio 1/3.
