摘要
管片接头是盾构隧道衬砌结构的重要构成部分,接头形式直接决定了衬砌结构的性能发挥。目前国内盾构隧道纵缝接头所使用的连接件多为螺栓,包括弯螺栓、直螺栓等,而新型连接件的研究和应用很少,新型接头的受力性能尚不明确。文章以盾构隧道管片纵缝接头为试验对象,采用原型试验方法,针对一种新型纵缝连接件——滑入式快速连接件,探究新型纵缝接头的极限承载性能,明确其破坏过程和破坏状态,并比较分析了弯螺栓、直螺栓和新型连接件三种连接形式对接缝受力性能的影响。结果表明:滑入式快速连接件接头比弯螺栓、直螺栓接头具有更高的抗弯刚度,尤其是在负弯矩作用下,滑入式接头的抗弯刚度要远大于弯螺栓和直螺栓接头。
Segment joint is an important part of the shield tunnel lining structure,and the form of the joint directly determines the performance of the lining structure.Most of the connectors used in shield tunnels are bolts,including straight and bend bolts.There is hardly any research and application of new type joints in China,and the mechanical properties of new type joints are not clear yet.A prototype test is carried out to study the ultimate bearing capacity of longitudinal joints which are connected by three forms—straight bolts,bend bolts and slide-in connector.The destructive process and damage status of different joints are clarified,and the effects of different joint types on the mechanical properties of the joints are compared and analyzed.The result shows that the joint with slide-in connector has higher bending stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity than joints with bend bolt and straight bolt.Especially under negative bending moment,the joint with slide-in connector has much greater bending stiffness than joints with bend bolt and straight bolt.
