摘要 文章结合上海地铁13号线隧道下穿天福大厦静压桩施工实例,介绍了自行设计制造的静压桩施工桩架在地下室狭小空间的使用情况。工程中采用该桩架实现了在地下室狭小空间内静压桩的施工,从而实现对天福大厦基础底板的加固,确保后续地铁隧道施工的安全。地下室立柱竖向位移和天福大厦周边竖向位移监测结果表明,静压桩施工未影响天福大厦的安全和正常使用。实践表明,自行设计制造的适合于地下室内静压桩施工的简易桩架在本工程中的应用,成功地解决了本工程狭小空间静压桩施工的问题。 Combining the construction of static pressure piles in case of the running tunnel of Shanghai metro line13 passing beneath the Tianfu building,this paper introduces the use of self-designed static pressure pile construction frame in the small space of the basement.This pile frame is used in the project to realize the construction of static pressure piles in the small space of basement,so as to realize the reinforcement of the foundation floor of Tianfu building and ensure the safety of the subsequent subway tunnel construction.The monitoring results of vertical displacement of basement column and surroundings of Tianfu building show that the construction of static pressure piles does not affect the safety and normal use of Tianfu building.The practice shows that the self-designed and manufactured simple pile frame is suitable for the construction of static pressure piles in underground basement,solving the construction problem in the narrow space.
