常州地区出口强化地板质量指数测评与分析

Quality Index Evaluation and Analysis of Exported Laminate Flooring in Changzhou Area

通过构建出口强化地板质量指数测评模型,全方位、多角度地分析、评价和预警常州地区出口强化地板的综合质量水平和波动趋势。本研究创新性地以加权不合格项次率为核心评价指标,综合考虑不合格项次率和不合格品货值,引入了FMEA模型、布林线模型等,通过纵向波动趋势分析,进行商品质量预警,具有较高的可复制性和可推广性。

This study was designed to provide the all-round and multi-angle analysis, assessment and early warning of the overall quality level and fluctuation trends of exported laminate flooring in Changzhou through establishing the quality index assessment model of exported laminate flooring. The results showed innovation in the unqualified item weighted rate as the core evaluation index with the consideration of the unqualified item rate and value of defective products, and meanwhile FMEA model and Bollinger models, etc were also introduced. The commodity quality warning were also provided according to the vertical fluctuation trend analysis, which showed high repeatability and generalization.
