The Reform of Business Model in Inspection and Quarantine Department Referencing from the Red Collar Pattern under the Big Data Era

通过调研红领集团工业化与信息化两化融合方面的新思路、新做法、新经验,对检验检疫部门的内部管理和检验监管模式进行了分析,以期为新形势下检验检疫的业务改革提供思考、启示和借鉴。

In this paper, by introducing the new ideas, new methods, and new experiences of the Red Collar Group’s integration IT application with industrialization, and analyzing the internal management and supervision mode in inspection and quarantine department, the enlightenment and reference for the reform of the business model in inspection and quarantine department in the new situation were proposed.
