新形势下如何全面提升执法稽查效能

How to Improve the Efficiency of Law Enforcement Inspection in the New Situation

党的十八大以来,检验检疫机构的职能定位和工作内容发生了深刻的变革。如何持续提高执法稽查工作的有效性,全面提升执法稽查效能成为亟待解决的重要问题。本文在分析执法稽查工作面临新形势的基础上,分析了当前执法稽查工作存在问题的原因,提出了完善检验检疫法律体系、切实增强3种意识、全面提升执法稽查工作效能的思路。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the function orientation and duties of inspection and quarantine departments have been profoundly changed. How to continuously improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of law enforcement inspection has become an important problem to be solved urgently. Based on the analysis of the new situation faced recent years,this paper analyzes the reasons of the problems,and puts forward some ideas on perfecting the legal system of inspection and quarantine,enhancing three kinds of consciousness and improving the efficiency of law enforcement inspection.
