目前,质量管理工作面临全新的经济社会形态和紧迫的创新变革需求,在国际贸易经济全球化中,"中国制造"面临越来越高的质量门槛。为了完成质量提升的任务,也为了遏制产品质量安全问题,执法稽查作为检验检疫工作的一把利剑,要自查自纠,从改变思想误区开始,逐步改变执法观念,以多种途径健全基层队伍建设,通过拓宽稽查渠道增加执法稽查效能,进一步提升检验检疫执法稽查的社会影响力以及执法权威,为质量提升保驾护航。

At present,the quality management is facing a new economic status and social innovation needs.In the internationalization of international trade economy,Made in China quality must overcome increasingly high threshold.In order to complete the task of quality improvement,and to decrease the product quality safety issues.Law enforcement inspection authorities,being as a important department of inspection and quarantine,should correct themselves,change the ideological errors to improve the construction of grassroots teams.The social influence and authority will be enlarged by improvement of inspection efficiency.
