摘要
近年来,检验检疫部门收到"职业打假人"的投诉举报大幅增加,本文通过对"职业打假人"的特点,投诉基本流程的分析,结合实际工作中受理的投诉举报案件中遇到的问题,提出一些建议和策略,希望在不同案件中梳理出普遍性、共同性的问题,形成一套处理"职业打假人"投诉举报的有效模式。
In recent years,the inspection and quarantine departments received the complaints of professional counterfeit hunters increased dramatically.This article puts forward some suggestions and strategies through to the professional anti-counterfeiting features,analyzed the basic process of complaints,combined with the practical work to accept the report of the problems in the case of complaints.It's hope to conclude the universality in different cases,the intercommunity question in order to develop a set of effective model to deal with professional report and complaints.
