The Status and Countermeasures of Dealing with Professional Reports and Complaints of Imported Food

职业打假行为一方面弥补了行政打假力度的不足,一方面又存在谋取私利,滥用行政、司法等公共资源之嫌。本文通过梳理广州出入境检验检疫局近年来投诉举报相关数据,分析"职业打假人"投诉举报现状、特点,探讨处理职业投诉举报的基本思路和应对策略,并在此基础上提出法律法规、食品安全标准、司法裁判等方面的一些思考。

What the professional anti-counterfeit done covers the shortage of administrative anti-counterfeit.On the other hand,it had lead to some problems such as seeking personal benefit,abusing administrative and judicative.This article summarized the reports and complaints of local authority in recent years,analyzed the current situation and feature of professional anti-counterfeit people,then try to find out strategy of how to deal with the professional anti-counterfeit reports and complaints,and to put forward countermeasures of laws and regulations,food security standards,administration of justice on this basis.
