摘要
针对生活中广泛使用的食品包装用淋膜纸,建立了微波消解/模拟迁移-ICP/MS法测定铅、镉、铬、砷4种重金属元素含量及迁移量的方法。各元素的加标回收率为86.6%~103.3%,检出限为20.7~221.3 ng/L,精密度结果为2.14%~3.43%,该方法快捷、准确,适用于各种不同类型食品包装用淋膜纸的测定。通过模拟食品包装用淋膜纸实际使用过程中接触的酸性、中性、酒精及油脂类介质,测定在不同食品模拟液、不同的储存时间及储存温度下,铅、镉、铬、砷元素从食品包装用淋膜纸中迁移的量,从而研究其产生及迁移的规律。结果显示,重金属的迁移量和迁移率与所接触的介质性质有关,随温度和储存时间的增加而升高,在酸性模拟液中的迁移量和迁移率均最大。
An ICP/MS method for determining Pb, Cd, Cr and As contents and transfer contents of food packaging coated paper was established by microwave digestion and simulated experiment. The recoveries of the 4 elements were between 86.6% and 103.3%, the limits of detection were 20.7 ~221.3 ng/L, and the relative standard deviation were 2.14% ~3.43%. The method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of various types of food packaging coated paper. The transfer contents of 4 heavy metals in coated paper under different food simulation solutions, different storage times and storage temperatures were determined by simulating the acid, neutral, alcohol and grease media in actual use, the results showed that: the transfer contents and transfer ratios of Pb, Cd, Cr and As are increased with the increase of contact temperature and time, and with the highest contents and ratios in acid simulation.
