Determination of the Fatty Acid Chloropropanol Ester in Vegetable Oil Through Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 探讨气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)法测定植物油中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇脂肪酸酯(3-MCPD酯)。使用苯基硼酸溶液衍生反应后应用GC-MS法对7种不同植物油进行检测,得出实测质量和实测含量。结果表明,植物油中3-MCPD酯含量由高至低分别为棕榈油、芝麻油、菜籽油、二级棉油、大豆油、花椒油、橄榄油,含量在2370~50690μg/kg之间,以棕榈油含量最高,橄榄油含量最低。橄榄油加标回收实验中,加标回收率为83.6%~103.2%,RSD为2.9%~6.5%,精密度和准确度满足分析需要。GC-MS法的检测灵敏性较高,结果准确,样品前期处理简单,有机溶剂消耗量少,减少了仪器污染问题。 The purpose of this paper is to determine 3-Chloro-1, 2-Propanediol fatty acid ester(3-MCPD ester) in vegetable oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods: After derivation with phenylboric acid solution, using GC-MS method to detect seven different vegetable oils, so as to obtain the measured quality and content. Results: The contents of 3-MCPD esters in vegetable oils from high to low are palm oil, sesame oil, rapeseed oil, secondary cotton oil, soybean oil, pepper oil and olive oil, and the content of which ranges from 2370 to 50690 μg/kg, and the content in palm oil is the highest and that of olive oil is the lowest. In the recovery experiment of the olive oil, the recovery rate of standard addition is83.6% ~103.2%,the RSD is 2.9% ~6.5%, the precision and accuracy can meet the needs of analysis.Conclusion: The method of GC-MS is of high sensitivity, the result is accurate, and the pre-treatment of samples is simple, the consumption of organic solvents is less, and its instrument pollution is less.
