摘要
可溶性无盐固形物是食醋的一项重要质量指标,由于山西食醋特有的酿造方法,食醋颜色较深,现有国家标准检验方法不容易观察终点,本文对食醋中氯化物的测定方法进行改进,提高检测数据的准确率。
Soluble salt-free solid is an important quality index of vinegar. Due to the special brewing method of Shanxi vinegar, the color of vinegar is dark, and the existing national standards are not easy to observe the end point. In this paper, the determination method of chloride in vinegar was improved to improve the accuracy of detection data.
