探索室间质评与室内质控在微生物检验中的重要价值

Exploration on the Important Value of External Quality Assessment and Internal Quality Control in Microbiological Testing

为探讨室间质评与室内质控在微生物检验方面的应用效果,以60株室间质评标本细菌为研究对象,细菌标本收集时间在2016年4月～2018年12月,对研究细菌实施转种、鉴定以及室间质评,总结菌株鉴定出现错误的主要原因。结果显示所有细菌标本均成功转种,其中鉴定正确55株,鉴定错误5株(3株革兰阳性杆菌+1株革兰阴性球菌+1株革兰阴性杆菌。55株细菌药敏实验符合率为98.18%)。由此得出结论,室间质评与室内质控在微生物检验中能够减少差错,保证检验结果的可靠性,从而为临床诊治提供依据。

In order to explore the application effect of external quality assessment and internal quality control in microbial testing, 60 strains of bacteria from external quality assessment specimens are taken as the research objects. The collection time of bacterial specimens is 2016.4—2018.12. The main reasons for the errors in bacterial identification are summarized through the implementation of transformation,identification and external quality assessment. The results show that all bacterial specimens are successfully transfected, among which, 55 were identified correctly and 5 were misidentified(3 Gram-positive bacilli +1 Gram-negative coccus + 1 Gram-negative bacilli. The coincidence rate of 55 bacterial susceptibility test is 98.18%). It is concluded that external quality assessment and internal quality control can reduce errors in microbial testing and ensure the reliability of test results, so as to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
